What is covered under warranty?
You enjoy a 2-year statutory warranty on all our high-quality neon signs. The warranty covers all technical defects in the LED lighting, transformer, and plug-and-play wiring under normal indoor use. Whether the sign is in a home, desk, office, or hospitality environment, as long as it is used correctly, you are covered.
Outdoor & Waterproof
Standard neon signs are for indoor use only. Moisture damage to standard signs is not covered by the warranty. Did you specifically order an outdoor sign with a waterproof coating? Then it is, of course, fully covered against weather influences and outdoor use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Damage caused by improper use, dropping, impacts, incorrect installation, or self-modifications by third parties is unfortunately not covered. Normal visible wear and tear over time is also excluded.
How does the procedure work?
Once you've submitted the form with your Warranty ID and clear photos/videos, our team will review your claim within 4 hours. If approved, we'll ensure your replacement part or new board is manufactured and shipped just as quickly (within 3 days) as a brand new order.
