Below you will find the complete terms of service of NeonLED.be!

NeonLED.be is a company subject to the tax exemption scheme. VAT is not applicable. This means that no VAT is charged on our invoices and prices.

VAT Exempt In accordance with Article 56a of the VAT Code – no VAT on invoices.
Transparent Prices All prices shown are total amounts with no hidden costs.
Legal Compliance We comply with all Belgian and European consumer legislation.

The agreement is concluded when you place an order and payment is successfully completed. NeonLED.be reserves the right to refuse orders if fraud or technical errors are suspected.

Order confirmation After placing your order, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. Always check this email carefully for accuracy.
Payment Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received. For custom work, production will not begin until full payment has been received.
Right of refusal We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, technical errors in the quote, or unforeseen circumstances.

The prices shown are totals. Pursuant to Article 56a of the VAT Code, no VAT is charged. For custom work, full payment must be made before production begins.

Total prices No hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.
Secure Payment SSL-secured payments through trusted payment providers.
Pre-Payment Customization For personalized items, full prepayment is required.

We accept payments via Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Prices are subject to change without notice. For orders already placed, the price as confirmed in the order confirmation applies.

The customer is fully responsible for spelling, color selection, and dimensions. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Important Notice

Once production of a personalized item has begun, the order cannot be canceled. So, please double-check your design and text before ordering! After payment, you automatically agree that you are no longer entitled to returns.

Own Design Logos, texts, and colors that have been specially created for you are considered custom work and cannot be returned.
Responsibility The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of spelling, color selection, dimensions, and design. Always check the design proposal carefully.
Production time Custom production takes an average of 1 to 3 days. Custom work specifically designed for outdoor use takes an average of 5 days.

We strive for fast delivery, but are not liable for delays caused by external couriers. Please check your package for damage within 48 hours.

Step 1

Order Processing

After payment, your order will be processed within 24-72 hours and prepared for shipment.

Step 2

Dispatch

In-stock items are usually shipped the same day! Personalized or custom neon signs are shipped within 1 to 3 business days at the latest! For personalized neon signs suitable for outdoor use, the shipping time is 5 days due to a special coating that needs to dry!

Step 3

Delivery

A track & trace code will be sent by email as soon as the package is on its way. You can usually expect it in your inbox within 1 to 3 days! All packages are shipped securely with Bpost. We make everything ourselves in our own workshop in Heusden-Zolder.

Step 4

Control

Check the package for damage immediately upon receipt. Report any damage within 48 hours to our email address: info@neonled.be!

Every package is shipped from Belgium within 1 to 3 days! International shipments are also processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days. Track & trace information will be sent by email once the package has been shipped.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products passes to the customer at the time of delivery to the customer or a pre-designated third party who is not the carrier.

NB

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or force majeure. In the event of a delay, we will always contact you to find a solution.

You have a 2-year warranty on the technical operation of the LED units and the adapter. The warranty is void in the event of improper installation, independent repairs, or damage from dropping or impact.

Our neon signs operate on 12V low voltage via an included adapter. This is safe for use in both the home and office.

Always use the supplied adapter and cables. Using non-original parts may cause damage and void the warranty.

Installation

Always follow the included installation instructions. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a professional.

NeonLED.be is not liable for damage to third parties or property caused by improper installation, use outside of specifications, or modifications to the product.

Safety warning

Never use damaged adapters or cables. Never pull on the cable, always pull on the plug. Keep the board away from water and moisture, unless specifically labeled as waterproof.

All designs, images, logos, texts, and other content on our website are the property of NeonLED.be or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
