Shipping times
Personalized Items
Your unique neon sign is handcrafted in our workshop. Because we are locally based in Belgium, we have lightning-fast shipping times for neon signs!
Processing & Shipping
Once your design is approved, we will immediately start production. As soon as your sign is ready, it will be carefully packed and shipped.
Handmade
Each plate is carefully and precisely handmade in our studio.
Design Approval
You will first receive a design proposal for approval before we start.
Careful Packaging
Special protective packaging for safe shipping.
Outdoor Signs
Outdoor neon signs require a special waterproof coating that needs a minimum of 5 days to cure before we can ship the sign. Please take this into account when planning.
Delivery
Delivery times
We work with Bpost for reliable deliveries. Your package will be handed over to the post within 1 to 3 days after ordering.
Shipping via Bpost
All packages are sent via Bpost. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Postage costs
We use transparent shipping costs. Within Europe, shipping is free; outside Europe, we charge a fixed amount.
Free Shipping
All orders within Europe are shipped free of charge. No minimum order value.
Outside Europe
For shipments to countries outside Europe, we usually charge a shipping fee of €15 per order.

Tracking & Receiving
Track your order from the moment it leaves our studio. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Track & Trace
Within 24 to 72 hours after dispatch, you will receive a track & trace code by email. With this, you can track your parcel via the Bpost website.

Tips for Reception
Check immediately
Inspect the board immediately upon receipt. Keep the packaging until you are sure everything is in order.
Photo of damage
Take photos immediately if you notice any damage. This is necessary for a potential claim.
Test the board
Connect the board directly to check that everything is working. Report defects within 48 hours.
