This depends on the type of product. Standard products from our permanent collection can be returned within 14 days. However, if you choose a custom neon design (for example, your own name, quote, or company logo), this product will be handmade specifically for you. Due to this unique, personalized nature, custom-made products unfortunately cannot be returned. To ensure the sign is 100% to your liking, we always send you a free digital sample for approval via email or WhatsApp after your order and before production.
